TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking :

On confirmation of booking your contract is with M/s Holidayz Mart (P) Ltd. A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end.

Deposit :

For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 25% of the total cost is to be paid by you to our company. The deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.

Balance Payment :

Balance payment is to be made 15 days prior to the date of start of services. Any booking made within 15 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for same the full and final payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself. Once you submit the advance payment we would keep you updated of your travel arrangements.

Note :

Apart from above, in case of bookings for special train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during the peak season (Pushkar fair, X-Mas, New Year, etc.) full payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

Payments :

All payments are to be made in name of Holiday Links (P) Ltd.

Overseas payments can be made using any of the following methods :
  • By Bank transfer to our bank (Bank Details)
  • By Mail Authorization (AMEX, Visa & Master Card)
  • By Online Payment Gateway system through AMEX, Visa & Master Card powered by Pay pal.
  • By Debit Card verified by Visa powered by Pay pal.
  • In case of payment through credit card via email and Pay Pal, the bank charges (3% extra) - would be levied over and above the total amount
Amendment :

We do not encourage changes in the confirmed arrangements. But if you do need to make amendments in the arrangements already confirmed, we will do all possible to accommodate the changes, depending on the availability of various segments of the tour, for the new requirements. However, the changes will be subject to certain minimum amendment / administration charges.

We will Cancellation :

We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip to India, however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen. Cancellation must be notified in writing and will take effect the day it is received by our company.

The following cancellation charges will apply :
  • 90 days prior to arrival - 50% of the advance deposited.
  • Between 90 days to 60 days prior to arrival - 75% of the advance deposited
  • Between 60 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 100 % of the advance deposited
  • Between 30 days to 7 day prior to arrival - 50% of the total amount
  • 7 days prior to arrival - NO REFUND
